Provide consistant coverage at your venue with Leaky Feeder Cable!

The common approach to providing blanket coverage in a hotel or conference centre is through the use of multiple access points spread over the area to be covered.  Whilst providing good coverage, it can lead to many areas not having a suitable signal strength and soon becomes very expensive and somewhat awkward to manage.

There is another option though, which you have probably already experienced without even noticing – Leaky Feeder cable.  Ever been through and tunnel and the radio still worked? That’s Leaky Feeder.  A single run of Leaky Feeder cable, fed from an average 26db Access Point, can provide coverage down a 50m corridor spanning around 1500m2.  In-line amplifiers can extend coverage to around 125m (3700m2).

Less access points, means less hops between repeaters, less technology to go wrong, and far less blind-spots.
