- Provide the Data Capture system
- Set up a firewall to stop users accessing each others computers
- Log each and every site that the user visits
- Provide content filtering on all active connections
- Store all information for 2 years , not just 1 year as the law dictates
- Monitor your HotSpot for problems – every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day
- Deal with any legal matters that may arise such as a request for information letters
- Provide you with copies of all log files , and signup data for your marketing campaigns
