Why we charge, and what we do for our monthly fee

Well, let us explain how a HotSpot system works, and what we do for that monthly fee.

Once a user has connected to your wireless HotSpot, the user experience moves from you to our servers as we:

  • Host the Terms and Conditions pages
  • Provide the Data Capture system  
  • Set up a firewall to stop users accessing each others computers
  • Log each and every site that the user visits
  • Provide content filtering on all active connections
  • Store all information for 2 years , not just 1 year as the law dictates
  • Monitor your HotSpot for problems – every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day
  • Deal with any legal matters that may arise such as a request for information letters
  • Provide you with copies of all log files , and signup data for your marketing campaigns
